Added -AsHashTable for PowerShell 6 and -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue for PowerShell 5 for (probably rare) situation of two keys in Preferences JSON file being identical other than case.
Fixed bug in IEModeExpiryFix.vbs that caused AddPages to not work for a URL that was already located elsewhere in the Preferences file.
Fixed bug in IEModeExpiryFix.vbs that caused an error when attempting to use RemoveAll on a newly created Preferences file.
